General Specifications
The OSD-3230 Conventional Optical Smoke Detector features a uniquely engineered smoke chamber, perfected through extensive fluid mechanics and optical refraction testing. Fire detection is achieved using advanced optical sensing technology. The detector incorporates sophisticated algorithms designed to minimize false alarms and provide pollution warnings. The smoke chamber is easily removable for cleaning, especially useful in environments with excessive dust.

Detects smoke particles using the Light Scatter principle and triggers an alarm.
Equipped with two LED indicators offering 360° visibility.
LEDs display two distinct colors (Blue/Red) to clearly indicate alarm and fault conditions.
A metallic cage and specialized circuit protection enhance resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMC) and low voltage disturbances (LVD), reducing false alarms.
Advanced software algorithms filter out sudden dust, smoke, and other external factors that could cause false alarms.
The metallic cage prevents intrusion of insects, flies, and foreign objects into the sensing chamber.
