Large Appliances

Large electrical appliances may require additional handling and transport arrangements. Delivery for large items can take up to one business week to ensure safe packaging and shipping.

PaymentBefore Shipping

For orders exceeding EGP 10,000, full payment of 100% is required before shipping to confirm the order and arrange dispatch.

Opening the Shipment

For safety and official delivery procedures, opening the shipment before receiving it is not permitted. If you encounter any issue after receiving the package, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it.

Returns and Replacements

Free returns are available in the case of a proven product defect. We will replace the item or issue a refund according to our returns and replacement policy.

It's also available to Pick Up your oreder from the Nearest Branch after coordination with our customer support team. We will prepare your order so it is ready for collection as soon as possible.
